We want everyone to love their Pillow Talk products but we realize that might not always be the case. If you are not satisfied with your product please read the following steps and conditions for returning an item:


  • All "as is" items (i.e. choose from the options listed) are returnable and refundable.

    Please send returns to: Pillow Talk, 725 Country Club Road Eugene, Oregon 97401. Return shipping is not included.

  • Please include invoice with returns to ensure a fast processing time. Money will be refunded to card used to purchase item contingent upon condition of said item.

  • All custom monogrammed or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.(i.e custom pillow, cosmetic bag with monogram etc)

  • If you believe that we have made a mistake on your item, please call us with your order date and item and we will do everything we can to figure out the problem. 

  • Damaged Item: If item was damaged upon delivery please contact Pillow Talk immediately. All damaged items reported seven (7) days after item was received will not be eligible for refund.

  • Faulty Product: We guarantee our products for one (1) year after purchase. Any item with seams coming undone, monogramming coming out etc will be repaired free of charge or same item will be replaced.
